Sweet Slow Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating until December 15, 2018
Join Kristi McConnell and explore some of the basic postures of yoga, while slowly and gently flowing through each pose. She will focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the body, while relaxing the mind and uplifting the spirit. Beginners and seasoned yogis welcome!
