Sweet Slow Flow Yoga
Join Kristi McConnell and explore some of the basic postures of yoga, while slowly and gently flowing through each pose. She will focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the body, while relaxing the mind and uplifting the spirit. Beginners and seasoned yogis welcome!

Come check out the beautiful, historic Henderson while treating your body, mind, and spirit to a FREE Community Yoga class! Kristi McConnell will guide you through some sweet, stretching and strengthening postures, while incorporating meditation, deep breathing, and relaxation. Beginners and seasoned yogis welcomed, as postures can be modified to fit your specific needs.
Also known as “Karma Yoga” this is a donation based class which will focus on a specific local charity each month, donations collected will be given to that charity. The class will also be focused and mindful of that charity during that month. It is a lovely idea and we hope it will expand into something wonderful for our community. Bring your mat and a list of charities you would like to see supported!
