New to The Henderson is our stained glass and mosaic program. We will offer a stained glass studio every Saturday. Please RSVP on our calendar for studio time as there is limited space. Kathy Baumgarner will be the instructor and will work with you on individual projects.

You can purchase projects at a specific fee, based on size of the project. Minimum kit is $25 (for something as shown here) and then increments of $10 as your project gets bigger OR more complicated (requiring more solder/foil and grinding). Add a $10 per class fee for the instructor, for example, if you choose a $25 project, your first visit is $35, $25 for project supplies and $10 for the instructor. If it takes you two Saturdays to complete, then the next class you would just pay $10 to the instructor as you have already purchased your supplies. We have worked this out so those that have always wanted to give stained glass a try the cost is affordable.
Mosaic
We also offer mosaic workshops. As with many of our offerings, we will post a general workshop on our calendar, but if you can gather 4 or more of your friends/family you can set a date and a time to create your own project. The price would be according the the size of the project. Contact Catherine if you are interested in doing so.
